While all of the other aspects of purchasing a home were complicated he made sure to help along the way. He made himself available at odd times to accommodate my work schedule. Dani Hallsell recently helped us buy and sell a home.
She is someone who goes the extra mile, or 2 or 3, to make things happen. We were out of town for some of the time that things were happening, so she stepped in whenever needed, like when a meeting with a contractor or inspector was necessary. She works hard to engage potential buyers and negotiates well. She has strong knowledge of the area she is serving. She recently returned to direct sales of real estate, so she is still reaquainting herself with recent changes, but she has a quick learning curve. Our experience started off slow.
I was looking for a home in the Belleville/Ypsilanti area. There was not much and what was available was not suitable for me. DJ explained that the market at the time was slow and would pick up. I finally found the house I wanted. DJ worked diligently with the sellers realtor to make the concessions I asked for and even harder when the appraisal came in low. I would highly recommend DJ/David Kaufman!

When it came time to sell our home, Kelly Boyd met with us discussed their unique marketing technique and how the process would go.
Everything was explained to us in great detail, and put into motion soon after our initial meeting. Professional photos were taken a few days later and we were ready to go live on MLS. Within 2 days we had already had 8-10 showings scheduled and within 5 days were in a multiple offer scenario. So within 6 days of listing we received an offer at list price without any negotiation. I highly recommend Kelly to list your home, he just "gets it". They understand and cater to your needs as a seller, but also really understand how to list and show your home in order to make buyers feel they have found exactly what they were looking for. My family had the pleasure meeting Dani Hallsell who came highly recommended to us as very qualified, professional broker.
We knew she would be the best realtor for us after we met her because she took a personal interest in our home of 60 years and noticed special features of our bungalow which would help with the sale. When communicating with Dani we always felt she had our best interest in mind. She was friendly with a positive attitude and responded quickly to our calls and emails no matter whenever we had questions. We felt we received a fair market price because of her knowledge of the market and the amount of research she did to get it. Dani was always willing to help us and even worked with our city inspector. She was willing to correct one violation that we had by purchasing a clamp that was missing and put it on herself. Then she took a picture of the repair and sent it to the inspector. This saved us selling time, money and another scheduled inspection time. Dani addressed our concerns and worked closely with our attorney since the house was in a trust. She took care of all the paperwork and helped me with “docsign” process since I live out of state. The whole transition of the sale went quickly and smoothly from start to finish. We would highly recommend Dani to handle all aspects of the real estate business.

We used Kelly Boyd in our real estate transaction in Ann Arbor, MI.
Since we were new to the area and moving from out of state, Kelly took videos of the place we were interested in so we could view the place before going there. He met with us on a Saturday morning and we decided to write up an offer. The whole process was smooth and everything was done in a timely manner. He kept in contact with us and our place closed on exactly the day that was in the contract.
